Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide using Hong Kong Post and will include a tracking number. Packages are then passed to the local postal service in the destination country of the recipient. Please note that some countries may require someone to sign for the package, so please ensure to track your order and have someone there to sign for it if necessary.

While we do offer worldwide shipping, not all countries are listed in our checkout options. If you are experiencing this issue and it says we do not ship to your country, please email us at so that we can assist you.

Due to COVID-19, you may experience significant delays due to activities by the destination countries to contain the impact of the coronavirus and by the limited availability of air transportation. With surface mail, shipments can take up to two months to arrive.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are normally shipped within 2 - 4 working days of receiving payment (excluding weekends & public holidays and excluding the day you make the payment).

Shipping times may vary depending on the local and international geo/political situations but you will have a tracking number to track your package. We are not responsible for any delays.

Smart Post (Hong Kong Only) - 1 to 3 business days

E-Express - 7 to 14 business days

Surface Registered Mail - 21 to 70 business days

Air Registered Mail - 4 to 14 business days

How do I track my order?

An email with your tracking number will be sent to you in 1 - 2 days after your order is dispatched. The tracking number may take 1-2 working days to reflect since it is not based on real-time.

Script + Sea will not be responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages by the local post.

Script + Sea will not be responsible for delays due to weather, customs or local/international post issues nor will it be responsible for packages returned/lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Hong Kong is FREE! Depending on the weight of your order, it will be sent either by regular mail or Smart Post.

International shipping is FREE for orders of $35 or more! This is available for all countries; simply choose the "Free Shipping" option at checkout.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping (i.e. less than $35), the shipping fee is calculated by the size and weight of your package. You will see the cost of shipping before checking out and before your payment is completed. The shipping rate increases every 100 grams. For example, our envelope weighs 47 grams and, on average, regular one-sheet sticker sheets are 10 grams, which means you can purchase around 5 packs of sticker sheets for the same shipping rate (<100g).

Packages may incur duties, taxes and/or customs fees and are sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you failed to claim your parcel or refused any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. We are happy to re-send you your package but you will have to pay for shipping again.

Help! My order has still not arrived!

Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that affect shipping, so please track your package with the tracking number provided and also contact your local post office to further enquire about the whereabouts of your package.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, if you refuse the package, or if the package is unclaimed, the package will be returned to us and you will be billed the cost of return shipping. If received (upwards of up to 6-12 weeks), we will issue you a refund for the amount of your order after deductions for the initial shipping fees and the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will notify you of the status of your package and the value of your refund.

What if I need my parcel urgently?

Please contact us at or send us a message via Facebook/Instagram and we will get back to you as soon as possible to see if we can arrange for expedited shipping. Please note that additional charges will be applied for expedited shipping.


How do I make payment for my order?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do I need a PayPal account to make payment via PayPal?

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. You can make a payment using your credit card via PayPal. All orders are processed in USD.

Do you provide bulk purchase discounts?

What is your Exchange/Refund Policy?

All exchanges and refunds require authorization. Please email us at within 7 days of receiving your shipment along with your order number and the reason why you want to exchange or refund your product before you return any products to us. If items are returned without our authorization, exchanges or refunds will not be considered.

No exchanges or refunds will be considered if we are contacted 7 days after you have received your shipment. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Products lost in transit will not be refunded, so we highly suggest choosing a service that provides tracking for your returns.

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have arrived in the destination country/custom by the carrier in cases of international shipments. If the package is missing or disposed of after delivery attempts by your local post office, we will not be held responsible for any unclaimed packages.

What if something I want to purchase is currently out of stock?

We are constantly searching for the best sticker designs out there, so our inventory is always changing. If the item you want to purchase is out of stock, please feel free to email at us to enquire about re-stocking timelines.

I'm missing an item in my order / there is a defective/incorrect item in my order

If you realize that an item is missing, defective or incorrect in your shipment, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We may ask you for photos of the outer box and items you have received so please do not throw away any outer packaging. Please include a photo and description of the issue along with your order number to help us resolve your issue.
